Ayush Agarwala Featured as Key Speaker at 4th Arbitration in India Conclave 2025

Partner Ayush Agarwala was a key speaker at the 4th Arbitration in India Conclave 2025, an event that convened judges, legal luminaries, policymakers, and senior practitioners. The Conclave featured a keynote address by Law Minister Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, who highlighted government reforms, including the Mediation Act, 2023, aimed at establishing India as a global Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) hub. Furthermore, Supreme Court Justice Manmohan called for the evolution of a transparent and predictable institutional arbitration system.

During the panel discussion, Ayush and his fellow panellists unanimously affirmed that institutional arbitration is superior for guaranteeing quality, neutrality, and procedural discipline, effectively overcoming the delays and cost issues frequently associated with ad hoc proceedings.
