BLC, in association with the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Pune, hosted an exclusive closed-door conference titled “Responsible Capital: Corporate Governance, ESG & Dispute Prevention” on January 16, 2026.
The evening brought together legal, financial, and corporate leaders to explore how strong ESG integration and proactive dispute prevention are not just shaping sustainable and resilient businesses but resulting in creating value.
The conference featured two panel discussions, beginning with “ESG at the Core of Fund Raising.” Moderated by Karan Kalra, the session included insights from esteemed speakers: Arunkumar Padmanabhan, Nidhi Selot, Rashmi Limaye Guptey, and Nandini Pathak and drove home the principles that ESG spends are not expenses but investments that create long term value for all stakeholders.
The second panel on “Dispute Prevention: Managing Investor and Creditor Expectations.” Was moderated by Vyapak Desai, FCIArb. The discussion featured distinguished speakers Naresh Thacker, Rabindra Purohit, Smitha Chandrashekar, and Ayush Agarwala, who shared strategies for aligning stakeholder interests and mitigating long-term risks.
