Dipanshu is a corporate lawyer who is also trained in business management.

During his career, he has worked on a wide gamut of transactions in the banking-finance, venture capital and private equity space. His work highlights include originating novel structures for the venture debt and revenue financing industry and working on a variety of incubation models, seed fundings, venture capital investments, private equity investments as well as mergers and acquisitions.

He also has experience in advising on set up and operations of various businesses and on key governance and regulatory matters. Dipanshu’s commercial acumen has helped him work extensively across industries, ranging from renewable energy, healthcare, e-commerce, BFSI to core assets.
