Saumya is a corporate lawyer with considerable transactions experience.

With a keen focus on private equity and M&A work, Saumya specialises in transactional and general corporate advisory, representing both domestic and foreign clients, both on the investor and company side.

She has advised leading venture capital and private equity funds, as well as corporates and founders, on domestic and cross-border fund raises, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. She regularly advises clients on structuring transactions from legal and regulatory perspective, ensuring commercially sound and
compliant outcomes. Her industry focus includes TMT, financial services, education, ed-tech and e-commerce. She has also advised on key governance, ESG and regulatory frameworks across these sectors.
