Suhas Sagar

Lead Counsel

Suhas is a tax lawyer and tax law lecturer who specializes in international taxation and transfer pricing. He has extensive experience in dealing with a range of cross-border and domestic tax and transfer pricing issues in India and The Netherlands.

He advises insurance providers and multinational corporations across various sectors. His expertise includes guiding MNEs through the design of transfer pricing policies, assessing the tax implications of large-scale business restructurings, and undertaking value chain analyses, alongside the tax structuring of investments and exits.

Alongside his professional practice, he serves as a lecturer in International Tax Law and Transfer Pricing at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. He has further contributed to the field through guest lectures at prestigious institutions including the University of Amsterdam and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
