Deepa is a corporate lawyer with over a decade of experience.

She focuses on providing transactional, regulatory and general corporate advice to clients across geographies.

She advises private equity and venture capital funds, their portfolio companies, MNCs and other global and regional investment managers on minority investments, joint ventures, divestments, acquisitions, control deals, restructurings and capital market transactions. She has significant advisory experience in warranty and indemnity insurance.

Deepa also has experience acting on both the buy and sell side in sectors ranging from e-commerce, healthcare, renewable energy, telecom to BFSI. Her collaborative approach has helped her close transactions seamlessly and helped her develop skill sets to work across sectors. She regularly conducts guest lectures at her alma matter.
