He has worked on PE/VC investments, M&A, management buyouts, investor exit strategies, global restructurings, externalizations, and structuring strategic entries into India (such as setting up of joint ventures and branch offices).

He has significant advisory experience in warranty and indemnity insurance, fintech matters, ESG advisories and foreign exchange matters. His industry focus lies in fintech, health-tech, IT/ITES/BPO, ed-tech, e-commerce, insurance, and infrastructure (with specific attention to the renewables space). He also undertakes policy advocacy initiatives and has provided recommendations to regulators on their policy proposals.
