Fariza is an experienced lawyer with extensive experience on transactional work, general corporate advisory, employment, and commercial disputes.

She has experience working for both domestic and foreign clients on equity investments, debt transactions, asset purchases, slump sales as well as business/corporate restructurings. Her advisory work extends to both commercial and regulatory matters and she keenly focusses on new age industries including blockchain, ecommerce, fintech and agri-tech.

She also handles employment matters as well as commercial and corporate disputes, representing clients before high courts, tribunals and other forums.
