Ayush is a disputes lawyer with over 16 years of experience.

He specialises in international and domestic disputes, insolvency and white collar crimes. He has advised leading corporates,financial institutions, and multinational clients on high-value and cross-border disputes and has also been involved in several landmark cases that have impacted jurisprudence in India. His clients include funds, financial institutions, manufacturing entities, real estate companies and energy and infrastructure companies. He works extensively on shareholder disputes, debt related disputes, construction/infrastructure
disputes and environmental disputes.

Ayush has served on the boards of various companies as an independent / non execute director. Drawing on this experience Ayush approaches disputes with a nuanced understanding of business strategy, governance and risk management.
