Bombay Law Chambers and AIF CFO Association to Host Webinar on Lessons from Singapore and Mauritius for India’s VCC Framework

BLC, in collaboration with the AIF CFO Association, is hosting a webinar on “Lessons from Singapore and Mauritius for VCC Framework in India” on 17 September 2026, from 3:00 PM IST.

Moderated by Rajeev Saptarshi, COO, Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited, the session will feature Soo Fon Ip Min Wan (Globalex Chambers, Mauritius), Jonathan Lee (Allen & Gledhill LLP, Singapore), and Nandini Pathak (Bombay Law Chambers).

The discussion will examine key learnings from the VCC frameworks in Singapore and Mauritius and their potential relevance to the development of a VCC framework in India.
