Over the past decade, Dipanshu has worked on a wide gamut of transactions in the banking-finance and private equity space. His work highlights include originating novel structures for the venture debt and revenue financing industry and working on a variety of incubation models, seed fundings, venture capital investments, private equity investments as well as mergers and acquisitions. Dipanshu also has experience in advising on set up and operations of various businesses and on key governance and regulatory matters. Dipanshu’s commercial acumen has helped him work extensively across industries, ranging from renewable energy, healthcare, e-commerce, BFSI to core assets.
