Poonam has represented leading Indian and offshore private equity investors, venture capital funds and institutional investors in acquisitions and investment transactions. She has worked on a variety of deals including acquisitions, structuring, fund raises, cross border buyouts, complex private equity exits, portfolio buyouts, corporate flips and joint ventures. She has experience in advising clients across industries such as TMT, fintech, agri-tech and e-commerce. She also has experience advising in employment related matters, corporate governance issues, TMT related work and representing the company side in investment transactions.
