Radhika is an experienced lawyer specializing in complex, crossborder Private Equity and Venture Capital fund structures.

She advises international and domestic fund managers on all aspects of fund design and operations, including structuring, governance, fund economics, and carry arrangements.

She regularly advises both fund managers (GPs) and investors (LPs) in negotiations and is known for her practical and solutionoriented approach. She possesses in-depth expertise in the legal, regulatory, and tax frameworks governing fund formation within GIFT City and actively contributes to the IFSCA’s policy initiatives to develop the ecosystem as a global financial hub.

Her clientele spans domestic and foreign investment advisers, wealth managers, institutional investors, and family offices.

Beyond her core fund formation practice, she brings experience in private client and M&A underwriting.
